Changing a manager's settings

Once you have set up some managers, you may find that you need to change their details at a later date, for instance to give them access to view and report on more services within your organisation.

Editing a manager's settings can only be done by the Star Lead. If you are not the Lead you will need to ask your Star Online lead to make the changes for you this for you. Here's how it is done.

Log in to your Star Online Lead account and then, from the dashboard:

  • Click on "View colleagues" in the overview panel

  • On the "Workers and managers" page find the person whose settings you want to edit, and click the pencil icon in the "Actions" column. This will take you to the user profile screen.

    (If you have a lot of worker accounts at your organisation you might want to use the filters at the top of the page to help you find the one you want. You can filter the list of users by service or by keyword, e.g. the person's name.)
  • Review their details to confirm you have the correct person, and then to make changes, click 'Edit profile'.

  • This take you to the "User details" page, where you can update their settings including giving them access to more services. You can also change their name and email address.
  • When you have finished, click the "Save" button to save your changes.
