Options for setting up your account

Many organisations will want to have one account for all services that will be using the system. However, others may prefer to have separate accounts.

Whether to have one or many accounts with the Star Online

It is advised that organisations share one account as this will enable you to easily generate reports across your whole organisation segmented by age, ethnicity, support need and project type. Once you separate into two different accounts, this becomes impossible. Merging accounts later is possible, but the process may incur an additional charge.

My organisation has an account and I want to use it

You do not need to sign up to do this. Simply contact the person at your organisation who is the lead for the Star Online and they can set you and your service up.
