Star Online server move completed

On Friday 19th July 2019, the Star Online was moved from its existing hosting environment to Microsoft Azure. We took the site offline in order for the team to safely complete the process. 

The site was offline from 10 am to 1 pm, during which time a maintenance notice was presented for anyone attempting to visit the site. For most users, the site was then available again but a few users may find it takes their network up to 48 hours to update. 

Triangle’s Privacy Notice was updated at the same time to reflect the change of environment. Please note the changes only affect pages 11-12.

This planned switch was carried out as part of Triangle’s long-term investment in Star Online maintenance and upgrades. Advanced notice was provided on both the downtime and Privacy Notice changes via email and Star Online notifications from 19th June 2019.
