Renewing your account

When your account is due for renewal the Star lead will receive an email from the helpdesk asking how you would like to proceed and whether you would like to upgrade your account for the subsequent year.

Accounts can be downgraded at the renewal point, if necessary. It is not possible to downgrade accounts at any other time.

If you wish to renew your account with no changes you don't need to do anything as your account will be renewed and an invoice issued.

If you require any changes to your licence or are not renewing, please respond stating your request.
